Nick Scholefield
Nick returned to C&D Rural in summer 2024 after a relatively short break.
Nick undertakes all aspects of Valuations, Landlord and Tenant Matters, Compensation Claims, Sales and Lettings, Planning and Independent Farm Building advice.
He has a varied land agency and valuation background with many years of experience behind him. He was resident estate manager for a large farming and commercial estate after starting his professional life with ADAS followed by his own business.
Nick has designed several new farms and many new buildings over the last 30 years as well as providing other land-based advice and valuations.
In his free time, Nick enjoys playing golf and spending time at home with his wife, Clare and adorable dog, Ginny!
