We offer Valuations across a range of property types and interests, and our experience and expertise includes rural cottages and houses, farms, estates, equestrian units, sporting rights and various other rural land interests.

C&D are able to provide capital and/or rental valuations where required. The importance of alternative land uses is growing and we are frequently called upon to value a diverse range of land uses including wind development and forestry.

At C&D, we are also able to value commercial property interests with extensive experience across office, retail and industrial sectors as well as Residential developments.
