Kim Livesey

Kim joined C&D Rural in May 2021 as a Trainee Land Agent, where she assists with all aspects of rural services including Planning, Valuations, Landlord and Tenant Matters, Property Management and BPS applications.

Originally from Aberdeenshire, Kim studied for a Master of Architecture at the Robert Gordon University and worked in the private sector before deciding it was time for a change and choosing to pursue a career in the rural sector.

Up until a few years ago Kim was a passionate member of Turriff and District Young Farmers, where she went on to become National Chairman of the Association. She was lucky enough to travel the length and breadth of the country from Dumfries to Orkney, and further afield internationally representing the organisation. Nowadays, Kim can be found chasing after her cocker spaniel or playing with her wee boy but her favourite past time is enjoying a Vin Chaud on the slopes in the Alps during the winter months. To make an appointment with Kim please contact her on 01228 792299 or via email at kim@cdrural.co.uk.
