Particulars of Agreement

Period of Let: 16th May 2026 to 31st October 2026.

The land is available in 2 lots or as a Whole

All fields will be served by a water, fed by natural water supplies.

The land is made available for cattle grazing only.

The landowner agrees to check the stock on a routine basis but does not accept any liability for the health and welfare of any animals.

The grazier has the right to use the handling facilities at Gribdae farm on an ad hoc basis for loading and administering medicine.

Tenders to be received at the office of C & D Rural by midday on Wednesday 15th April 2026.

Rent must be paid in full and grazing agreements returned to C&D Rural on or before 29th April 2026.

Conditions of Tender

The Landlord does not bind themselves to accept the highest or indeed any tender.

The decision of the Landlord will be final and binding.

All tenders must be submitted using the tender form.

The Tender must be completed in its entirety and submitted on the form supplied otherwise it will not be considered.

Tender forms must be returned by email to landagency@cdrural.co.uk with the subject ‘’Tender for Land at Gribdae Farm’ no later than 12noon on Wednesday 15th

April 2026 or should be posted to C&D Rural, Lakeside, Townfoot, Longtown, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA6 5LY in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for Land at Gribdae Farm” and

marked for the attention of Jacob Armett.

The agents will notify unsuccessful tenderers as soon as practically possible.
