The Tenancy Agreement protects both the Landlord and the Tenant. In Scotland your property will be let on a standard Private Residential Tenancy. In England, it will be an Assured Shorthold Tenancy with a minimum 6 month term.
We include a schedule of condition produced by our competent agents with all of our letting options. An inventory can help protect your claim on a deposit should the need arise when a tenant vacates. As such, this is something we strongly recommend you have prepared at the start of every tenancy.
All deposits are required to be held in a Government approved scheme. Our agents will vest the deposit for your property and can advise on the scheme rules and procedures.

Fully Managed:
£300 excluding VAT and then 10% excluding VAT of the monthly asking rent
Rent Collection:
£350 excluding VAT and then 5% excluding VAT of the monthly asking rent
Let Only:
£395 excluding VAT
