The Tenancy Agreement protects both the Landlord and the Tenant. In Scotland your property will be let on a standard Private Residential Tenancy. In England, it will be an Assured Shorthold Tenancy with a minimum 6 month term.
We include a schedule of condition produced by our competent agents with all of our letting options. An inventory can help protect your claim on a deposit should the need arise when a tenant vacates. As such, this is something we strongly recommend you have prepared at the start of every tenancy.
All deposits are required to be held in a Government approved scheme. Our agents will vest the deposit for your property and can advise on the scheme rules and procedures.
All client money handled by C&D Rural on behalf of Property Management clients is protected by Client Money Protection Insurance.

Our landlord fees vary according to the level of service you choose. Fully Managed, Rent Collection or Tenant Find.
Fully Managed:
£300 excluding VAT and then 10% excluding VAT of the monthly asking rent
Rent Collection:
£350 excluding VAT and then 5% excluding VAT of the monthly asking rent
Let Only:
£395 excluding VAT
