The land at Low Glendinning Rigg is offered for seasonal grazing. The land is in good heart growing a healthy sward of grass, and is worthy of inspection by any potential tenants. The land has been well managed and benefits from road side access, or access from private well maintained stone roads. All the land is well fenced and all lots benefit from either mains or natural water supplies.
The extent of the 4 lots are shown coloured on the attached plan, with the grazing available for sheep only from the 1st April to the 31st October.
Livestock handling facilities
The block of land has a set of good sheep handling pens with a concrete base and a water supply. These are provided for all tenants to use. The owner does ask that they are left in a tidy manner after use.

2 cwt (100kg) an acre of compound fertiliser to be applied by the landlord as soon as spring land conditions allow.
The agreed grazing payment will be due in two instalments. One half of the payment due at the start of the letting, prior to entry with the second half due on the 2nd August 2021.
Other Points of Note
The landlord retains the right to access the land to flat lift it when conditions allow.
There is no herd included with this letting
Any deadstock must be removed by the tenant
The land is let subject to standstill restrictions and all tenants must check with the land owner before stock can be moved on and off the premises.
